cesar dressing

 

  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
