2 1/2 c. almonds soaked over night
Crush/blend, then add:
1 1/2 t. garlic
1/4 c. + tahini
3/4 t. black pepper
2 t. cumin
1/4 t. + salt
mix briefly. Add:
1/4. lime juice
1/4 c. olive oil
up to 1 c. water - to right consistency.
Drizzle more olive oil over to serve.
