Cashew Sauce (Raw)

1/2 c. raw cashews
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 t. lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 T. olive oil

Whirl cashews in blender, pour in water, add other ingredients.

- this is really good with sauted onions and mushrooms.

Coconut soup - raw(ish)

Juice and meat from one coconut (I just used canned)
Blend and add:
2 -3 dates
2 cloves garlic
1T. ginger
2T olive oil
1/2 t. salt
2T lime jiuce
1T curry
1T tamari

Blend. Condiments: avocado, shitaki, tomatoes, cilantro.

Almond Hummus - Raw

2 1/2 c. almonds soaked over night
Crush/blend, then add:
1 1/2 t. garlic
1/4 c. + tahini
3/4 t. black pepper
2 t. cumin
1/4 t. + salt

mix briefly. Add:
1/4. lime juice
1/4 c. olive oil
up to 1 c. water - to right consistency.

Drizzle more olive oil over to serve.
