Artichoke Dip

This is from Emily – she served it at the baby shower for Eric! Artichoke Dip 

1 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
1 4oz. can diced green chilies 
1 can artichokes – drained and chopped 

 Mix together. Bake 325 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with bread or crackers.
