Carrot Cake

This recipe is from Mrs. Davidson, Eric’s kindergarten teacher. 
 Heat oven to 325. 
‘Pam’ a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan. 

 2/3 c. oil 
1 cup sugar 
2 eggs 
 Combine well. 
 Add:
 1 c. flour 
1 t. baking soda 
1 t. baking powder 
1 t. cinnamon 
½ t. salt 
1 ½ c. grated carrots 
 Stir to blend. 

Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
