Mini Meatloaves

Mini Meatloaves

‘Pam’ a muffin pan. Heat oven to 350.

In large bowl put:
2 slices bread, torn up
¼ c. milk

Let soak for a bit, then add

2 lbs. Ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 eggs

Mix gently but thouroughly. Use an ice cream scoop to put into pan.

Bake for 40 minutes. Cool slightly then remove from pan. Once cooled, freeze, then put them into a ziplock bag.

When you’re hungry, grab one or two and put them in the microwave for two minutes. Cheese them if you want.

This is a great quick snack.
