Meatloaf

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan.

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. breadcrumbs (just toast a couple pieces of bread, let cool, then foodprocessor them)
1 egg
1 small onion chopped fine
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk
1 T Worchestershire
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. ground sage or oregano
1 clove crusted garlic

Mix well, but handle lightly. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
