Wild Rice Bowl

2 - 3 cups cooked rice (I use wild rice mix from Andy's) (w/onion and garlic) 

Add: 
1/4 c. orange juice 
1/4 t. salt 
1T olive oil 
1T tamari 
1T rice vinegar 
1/2 t. sesame oil 

Toss gently 

 Heat 1T olive oil. 
Add 1T garlic toss briefly and 
add 3 cups greens - washed and chopped 

Cook to heat. Toss all together and eat. (Top w/ eggs or avocado or both.)
